If you go to your Library and notice a File is Broken message on a video, Mevo may be able to recover it. This often happens if the camera was shut down improperly, such as when the battery was fully drained.
Step 1: Tap the Options Icon
Locate the file with the broken message and tap the Options icon next to it.

Step 2: Tap the Retry Icon
Tap the Retry icon to begin the recovery process.

Step 3: Wait for Recovery to Complete
The recovery time will vary depending on the length of your recording. The app will let you know whether the file was successfully recovered once the process finishes.
Mevo cannot recover recordings that are less than 40 seconds in length.
