The following steps enable debug logging on your Mevo Camera. The files generated with debug logging can be sent to the Mevo support team to help troubleshoot issues you are seeing with your Mevo.
- - Download this archive.
- - Extract it's contents to reveal two files: "lscam.log" as well as "lscam_hw.log".
- - Move these two files onto your Mevo SD card, at the top level of your Memory card. The files should not be inside of a folder for this to work
- - Restart your Mevo.
Your Mevo will now collect additional troubleshooting data inside these two files. Should you encounter your problem again, please retrieve these files from the SD Card and attach them to your correspondence with the Mevo support team.
