If your Mevo is not showing up in your Mevo app, there are a few other ways to manually add it via IP address for both Hotspot mode, Local WIFI and Ethernet via Boost. iOS users can also add their Mevo using the last 5 characters of their Serial Number located under their Mevo.
Once you open the Mevo app, you will see the "Switch on your Mevo" screen.
In the bottom right of that screen, press "IP".
Now insert the default Mevo IP address (192.168.17.1) for hotspot mode then press "OK".
The default IP for hotspot mode will not work for the local WIFI or Ethernet via Boost option.
Your Mevo will now populate inside your app to connect.
The IP Address for your Mevo must first be obtained from your WIFI Router, DHCP server or other network admin tool.
Once you open the Mevo app, you will see the "Switch on your Mevo" screen.
In the bottom right of that screen, press "IP".
Now insert your Mevo IP Address you previously obtained from your network then press "OK"
The default IP used for IP with Mevo hotspot will not work.
Your Mevo will now populate inside your app to connect.
Once you open the Mevo app, you will see the "Switch on your Mevo" screen.
In the bottom right of that screen, press "IP".
Now insert the last 5 characters from your Mevo serial number here. this can be found under your Mevo next to "S/N".
Press "OK"
Your Mevo will now populate inside your app to connect.
