Set a Static Shot

Mevo can quickly cut, pan, or zoom to specific areas when you add static shots in the app.

In the live editing view, tap and hold the desired subject. A white box will appear and open the Action Menu.

Drag your finger to the + icon, then let go. This will create a static shot, which will be indicated by a circle with a padlock. You can create up to eight of these.

You can also adjust your static shot's position or size by holding the circle and dragging it left or right, or use another finger to zoom the cropped area in or out. When you release your finger(s), Mevo will cut to the adjusted shot.

In addition to these static shots, Mevo can also automatically detect faces.
