Can't See Features After Buying a Vimeo Plan

When subscribing for a Vimeo Producer or Premium plan sometime there can be a little confusion as to why the paid features have not be unlocked in your app. Generally these features haven't been unlocked since you are simply logged into the incorrect Vimeo account within the Mevo app. 

Check to make sure you're logged into the correct Vimeo account. You can check your account like this....


If you purchased your Vimeo plan in iTunes or the Google Play Store but are unable to access your Vimeo features, you may have to restore your purchase. This will not bill you again.

You can only restore your purchase via the Mevo app. You cannot restore your purchase using a browser or on a desktop computer.

To restore your purchase, tap the More Options (•••) icon in the bottom right corner of the live edit view, then tap the gearwheel to open Settings.


You will see your Vimeo name and account type listed first. Tap here, then scroll down and tap Restore Purchase.
