Any products sold directly from the Mevo.com store can be returned & refunded by submitting a request.
Users can use the shipping method they desire for shipping to Mevo Inc. We recommend UPS as they do a daily pick up and drop off on location where items are transferred to us directly.
If you did not purchase your Mevo products from Mevo.com and you wish to return them, you must do so via the retailer you purchased from (e.g. B&H, Best Buy, Amazon).
