- Unplug any products from the boost and unplug the boost from the wall and remove the Mevo from it.
- You may then perform a hard reboot by pressing and holding the back power button for 20 seconds.
- You will see the light sequence begin once it starts rebooting. You should be able to continue using it as normal after this
Once this is complete, try to use the Boost again.
