Once your Mevo camera is connected to the Mevo mobile app, you should notice a red button in the bottom left corner of the picture. Tap it to see more options.
To stream to Livestream, tap the Livestream logo in the menu that appears. Log into your Livestream account if you are not already.
Create an event or select an existing one; swipe along the bottom to the left to see all of your events.
If you create a new event, you will be prompted to give the event a title. You can also give your stream a title and choose whether or not to notify Livestream followers. Tap Save to continue.
If you choose an existing event, tap the gearwheel next to its image to give a name to the stream and choose whether or not to notify your Livestream followers, then tap Save to continue.
From here, you can:
- Toggle the chat display on and off.
- Choose your streaming quality (up to 1080p).
- Tap Go Live to start your stream.
You can also log out of your Livestream account by tapping Log Out in the lower right corner.
Once you're live, tap small red dot on the bottom left corner to see more information about your stream, including viewer count, a timer, battery percentage, and the outgoing bitrate.
Tap the information bar again to collapse it.
If you tap a specific statistic, such as viewer count or bitrate, that statistic will still appear next to the red down when you collapse the information bar. In the below example, the timer is selected.
To end the stream, tap the red button and slide it to the right.
Choose whether or not to post the video on demand on your event page, save to your microSD card, and upload to Vimeo. Then tap Done.
