How Do I Exchange or Repair my Mevo?

If you wish to exchange/repair your Mevo products (i.e. if the product is deemed defective and you want a replacement), submit a request. Be sure you open a support ticket first so a customer experience representative can confirm your unit needs an exchange or repair.


Note: If you purchased your Mevo product from a reseller (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy, etc.), please contact them first to inquire about an exchange.
