Retrieve Updated Pages and Groups From Facebook

Do you have a Facebook page or group not appearing in the Mevo App to select from?

This is likely due to the cache between Facebook and the app but we show you below how you can reset this to refresh your Facebook pages and groups inside the app.

Clear Cache On iOS

Open your Mevo App and log out of the Facebook account and then close the Mevo App (completely).

On your Group's Discussion page, open the More menu and select Edit Group Settings.

Scroll down to the Apps section and select the Vimeo App.

Once the window appears press remove.

Then remove again.

In the Safari app go to Facebook.com and log out if you are logged in.

 

Go to your browser app settings and clear your history and website data.

Start the Mevo app and go into "Streaming Destination" settings and select Facebook.

Login.

Reset via the App

Open your Mevo App and log out of the Facebook account and then close the Mevo App (completely).
