Return and Refund Policy for New Products
Mevo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. This refund includes the purchase price and any original shipping and handling charges, if applicable.
Note: Engraved orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Warranty Policy for New Products
Mevo products come with a limited hardware warranty. The warranty period varies by product and can be found in the packaging or documentation included with your purchase. You can also check your product's warranty details by visiting our Support Page.
Return and Warranty Policy for Refurbished, Open-Box, and Dented Box Products
Mevo offers different policies for refurbished, open-box, and dented box products:
- Dented Box Items: These are brand-new products with minor packaging damage. They are fully warranted and covered by a 30-day return policy.
- Refurbished Products: These items have been tested, inspected, and repaired by certified technicians. They may have minor cosmetic wear but are fully functional. They come with a 90-day warranty and a 30-day return policy.
- Open-Box Items: These are previously owned products that may not include original documentation or packaging. They are covered by a 30-day refund-only policy (no exchanges).
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 15 and December 23 are eligible for an extended return window, allowing returns until January 31 of the following year.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
