The Mevo app supports the ability to import a slideshow as a PDF and present each slide seamlessly as either a fullscreen or over-the-shoulder (OTS) graphic. This is perfect for delivering polished presentations, sermon points, educational material, or recap slides during live productions.
Requirements!
You must be using Mevo App version 2.5 or later (no subscription required). You will also need a supported microSD card inserted into your Mevo camera.
Slideshows must be in PDF format and accessible from your mobile device's native Files application. This includes files stored locally or synced through apps like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Adobe Acrobat—provided those apps are installed and linked to your Files app.
Mevo supports up to 50 slides per PDF. Once imported, you cannot edit the document within the Mevo app, so ensure it's finalized beforehand.
To get started, tap the graphics icon in the lower-right corner of the live production screen.
Choose between using a fullscreen or over-the-shoulder overlay. This example uses fullscreen, but the process is the same for both options.
Tap the Presentation icon.

Tap Import PDF Slideshow to begin selecting your file.
Mevo will open your device’s Files explorer. Locate your PDF and tap it to select. A preview will load automatically.
If the preview shows the correct slideshow, tap the checkmark on the right to confirm and upload it. If not, tap the preview again to reselect a file.
The upload process may take a few seconds depending on your slideshow size. Once uploaded to your microSD card, the presentation will appear in your overlay list.
Tap the slideshow to proceed.
You'll see a preview of your slideshow. Tap the left and right arrows to select the starting slide. When ready, tap the checkmark in the bottom-right to push it live to your stream.
Your live production screen will now show the slideshow overlay in your output monitor (top-right). Use the on-screen arrows to control the slideshow while live.
Tap the slides icon at the bottom of the screen to open a thumbnail view of your slideshow. This allows you to quickly jump to any slide on the fly without disrupting your stream.
To stop showing the slideshow, tap the graphics icon again, then tap the red delete icon on the slideshow preview.
You can also move your slideshow between overlay types. For example, tap an OTS slot to switch your fullscreen slideshow to over-the-shoulder layout, then tap the checkmark to apply the change.
Once removed from the preview, tap the checkmark in the bottom-right to remove the slideshow from your production.
