You can easily connect your Mevo Camera to Streamlabs Desktop using one of three methods: Wired Webcam (USB), SRT (Secure Reliable Transport), or NDI (Network Device Interface).
Option 1: Use Mevo as a Wired Webcam (USB)
- Double-tap the power button on your Mevo to enable Wired Webcam mode. You'll hear a confirmation chime.
- Connect your Mevo to your computer using a USB cable.
- Open Streamlabs Desktop.
- Click the + icon in the Sources panel.
- Select Video Capture Device and click Add Source.
- From the list of devices, choose Mevo Camera.
Your Mevo is now connected and ready to stream via USB.
Option 2: Use Mevo with SRT
- Ensure both your Mevo and computer are connected to the same network.
- In the Mevo App, go to the camera's output settings and copy your SRT stream URL.
- In Streamlabs Desktop, click the + icon in Sources.
- Select Media Source and click Add Source.
- Uncheck Local File.
- Paste your SRT URL into the input field.
Your Mevo is now connected to Streamlabs using SRT.
Option 3: Use Mevo with NDI
- Ensure your Mevo and computer are on the same network.
- In the Mevo App, enable NDI mode from the settings.
- Download and install NDI Tools on your computer.
- In Streamlabs Desktop, click the + icon in Sources.
- Select NDI Source and click Add Source.
- Choose your Mevo from the list of available NDI sources.
Your Mevo is now streaming to Streamlabs via NDI.
Syncing Audio with NDI or SRT
If you're using SRT or NDI, audio captured on your computer may reach your stream slightly ahead of the video. To prevent audio sync issues, it's best to route your microphone through the Mevo camera. This ensures that the Mevo app can automatically sync the audio with the video signal.
