The Presentations and Slideshows feature in Mevo Multicam is a free tool that allows you to import PDF files to use as slideshows during your production. These can be displayed as overlays in full-screen mode or picture-in-picture, making it easy to share slides with your audience seamlessly.
Step 1: Add an Asset
To start, open the Mevo Multicam app and press the blue ( + ) button to add an asset.
Step 2: Select "Presentations"
On the "Add Asset" page, select Presentations to continue.
Step 3: Add a PDF Presentation
Once on the "Presentation Detail" page, click on the + Add PDF Presentation button. This will open a window where you can navigate your mobile device’s file storage to locate and select your desired PDF file.
Step 4: Manage Your Presentation
After selecting the PDF file, you will see the following options to manage your presentation:
- (1) Rearrange slides – Drag and drop to reorder slides as needed.
- (2) Delete individual slides – Remove any unwanted slides from the presentation.
- (3) Change Display Modes - Toggle between Full screen and overlay settings
Step 5: Change Display Modes
You can adjust how your presentation appears on-screen by selecting between Full Screen and Overlay modes.
- Full Screen – Displays the presentation over the entire screen.

Overlay – Displays the presentation as a picture-in-picture overlay. In this mode, you can adjust the placement, size, stroke color, stroke size, and corner radius of the overlay.
Step 6: Control Your Presentation
Once your presentation is set up, you can step forward or backward through the slides using the navigation controls. This allows you to progress through your slideshow at your own pace.
Step 7: Activate the Presentation in Production
To display the presentation to your viewers, simply tap on the presentation asset to activate it, just like any other camera or graphic in Mevo Multicam. This will send it to the program output, making it visible in your live production.
Step 8: Deactivate the Presentation
When you’re ready to remove the presentation from the screen, simply tap the asset again to deactivate it.
