Sign Up/In to your Mevo Pro account
- Once connected to your camera in the Mevo Single Camera application tap the More Options (•••) icon in the bottom right corner.
- Select the gear icon shown below.
- Select "Try Mevo PRO for free..." shown below.
- If you are a new user, select your plan. If you are an existing user of Mevo Pro or Streamlabs Ultra press the "Already have a Streamlabs ID?.." option.
- Press "Continue" on the prompt shown below.
- The next steps are different if you are a New User or an existing subscriber. Please select your corresponding tab.
As a new user, you will need to scroll down and tap "Don't have an account yet?.."
Then enter the details for your new account and agree to the terms and press
"Sign Up"
You will then need to verify your account using the 6-digit code from Streamlabs and tap "Verify Email ->"
Press "Subscribe"
Wait a moment on the "Loading In-App purchase" screen until you see "You're all set"!
Once you press "Ok" you will see the status of your subscription here.As an existing user, log in using your Mevo Pro account.
Then select your account.
Once selected, you will be logged in and see your subscription level as shown here.
- Once connected to the Mevo Multicam application tap the More Options (•••) icon in the bottom center of the screen.
- Depending on your user status, tap the respective region shown below.
- Tap "Continue" on the prompt
- The next steps are different if you are a New User or an existing subscriber. Please select your corresponding tab.
New Users ONLY!
The following steps are for New users ONLY. If you have an account already, please follow the other instructions under the "Existing user" tab. Ensure you've completed the previous 4 steps before starting the steps below!
- Tap on "Sign Up"
- Enter your email and password and agree to the terms of service. Then press "Sign Up"
- You will have a verification code sent to your email, enter it and press "Verify Email".
- Now that you have an account, you can upgrade it to Mevo Pro by pressing "Upgrade to Mevo Pro".
- Select the plan you'd like. The ONLY difference is the duration (Annual vs Monthly) Prices may vary than what is shown in this image. For the latest price, check your respective App store. Then press "Start Free Trial and Subscribe"
- Review your selections then tap "Subscribe"
- Wait a moment on the "Loading In-App purchase" screen until you see "You're all set"!
- Now you can verify your status of your account here.
Existing Users ONLY!
The following steps are for Existing users ONLY. If you do not have an account already, please follow the other instructions under the "New user" tab. Ensure you've completed the previous 4 steps before starting the steps below!
- Tap the account you wish login to. If you've never logged into this device before, you will need to enter your login information. If you want to login to a different account other than the one listed, select "Use another account."
- You should not be succesfully logged in. You can see your account subscription status under "Mevo Pro" in the Mevo Multicam app.
- Tap on "Sign Up"
